About the role

As a Food Service Experience Agent with you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. This full-time position is located in Melaka, Melaka and involves engaging with customers, handling food service duties, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant operations.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and attentive table service to customers, taking orders and ensuring accurate order fulfillment

Presenting menu items and making recommendations to customers to enhance their dining experience

Ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of food and beverages to customers

Maintaining a clean and orderly dining area, restocking supplies as needed

Handling customer inquiries and addressing any concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Assisting with general restaurant tasks such as setting up, breakdown, and inventory management

Adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff
