Food Science Quality Assurance (QA) Executive

Ensure operations comply with GMP, HACCP, ISO, Halal, and other food safety standards.

Apply food science knowledge in interpreting and implementing regulations.

Raw Material & Product Verification
  • Evaluate raw materials, ingredients, and packaging based on food quality and safety criteria.
  • Conduct sensory, physical, and chemical assessments of finished products.
Process & In-Process Control
  • Monitor production processes (mixing, drying, filling, packaging) to ensure food safety and consistency.
  • Validate critical control points (CCPs) using food science principles.
Laboratory & Testing Support
  • Conduct microbiological, chemical, and stability tests.
  • Analyze test data to ensure compliance with food safety and nutritional standards.
Documentation & Audits
  • Prepare and review QA documentation, batch records, and product specifications.
  • Assist in internal audits, supplier audits, and external regulatory inspections.
Non-Conformance & CAPA
  • Identify quality deviations, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
  • Use scientific reasoning to propose process improvements.
  • Provide GMP, hygiene, and food safety training to staff.
  • Support new product trials and process optimization with R&D teams.
