Job summary

CL Bakery in Selangor is seeking a friendly Server to greet customers, take orders, and deliver meals with speed and care. The role requires good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and is open to fresh graduates. You will work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

We value hygiene, customer service, and a neat appearance. Training is provided, and benefits include EPF, SOCSO, EIS, medical insurance, annual leave, and 5 working days per week.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia required.
• SPM or equivalent qualification accepted.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serving meals and drinks to customers in a timely manner.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all time at workstation and of outlet.
• Provides courteous service to guest and respond promptly to guests’ inquiries, complaints or requests.
• Follow all relevant health department regulations.
• Maintains a friendly, pleasant and neat image to guests.
• Always check personal hygiene and be well-groomed in appearance.
