Le candidat sera responsable de la gestion des certifications, des audits internes et de la formation du personnel. Le poste requiert un diplôme pertinent et une expérience en conformité Halal.

Qualifications

• Diplôme/Degree en Sciences Alimentaires, Études Islamiques, Biotechnologie, ou domaine connexe.
• Une certification Halal est un avantage.
• 1-3 ans d'expérience en conformité Halal, sécurité alimentaire, ou assurance qualité.

Responsibilities

• Assurer la conformité Halal des ingrédients et des processus.
• Gérer les applications de certification Halal et les audits.
• Former le personnel sur les normes Halal.

Job description

Ensure all ingredients, suppliers, and processes comply with Halal standards and regulatory requirements (JAKIM, HDC).

Manage Halal certification applications, renewals, audits, and maintain the Halal Assurance System (HAS).

Work closely with procurement to verify Halal compliance of raw materials and food additives.

Monitor production to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000).

Conduct internal Halal audits, maintain documentation, and prepare reports for management and authorities.

Deliver Halal training and awareness programs for kitchen, production, and QC teams.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Islamic Studies, Biotechnology, or related field.

Halal certification (e.g., JAKIM Halal Executive Program) is an advantage.

1–3 years’ experience in Halal compliance, food safety, or quality assurance.

Strong knowledge of Halal standards, Islamic dietary laws, and food safety regulations.

Good skills in documentation, auditing, and staff training.
