Job Description
  1. Develop, plan, and execute departmental budgets and weekly forecasts based on revenue and expenditure monthly.
  2. Analyze and review month-end reports, P&L statements, and identify deviations from business plan goals requiring immediate action.
  3. Participate in management meetings to review progress towards business plan goals and develop the annual business plan for the department.
  4. Plan, implement, and measure profit enhancement programs in collaboration with the kitchen and marketing departments.
  5. Review and analyze all post-mortem promotion reports, daily revenue, sales productivity, and marketing productivity.
  6. Develop and drive the department's balanced scorecard to ensure key metrics are achievable and exceeded.
  7. Implement control measures to ensure food & beverage costs, productivity, labor costs, and operating supplies are within budget.
  8. Stay updated on trends, meet with vendors, identify market gaps, and ensure projects are measurable.
  9. Develop and drive F&B marketing plans, annual promotions, and special events.
  10. Drive social media strategies and implement innovative, creative ideas.
Qualifications
  1. High School/GED/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar management role.
  3. Strong knowledge of beverage trends, fermentation, cocktails, alcohol, and wines.
  4. Excellent proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  5. Professionalism with sound HR management and business acumen skills.
  6. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
