White Ark Sdn Bhd, which manages multiple brands, is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee food and beverage operations, including Central Kitchen, Restaurant, Catering, and third-party delivery platforms (GrabFood, ShopeeFood, FoodPanda). The ideal candidate is hands-on, process-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production planning, prep schedules, and food quality from the central kitchen.
- Ensure timely dispatch of items to outlets and for delivery orders.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in accordance with regulations.
- Manage kitchen inventory, wastage control, supplier coordination, and food cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with R&D and menu development teams for new items and SKUs.
- Manage daily operations at outlets in PJ and Sri Hartamas.
- Lead and develop FOH and BOH teams to ensure service consistency and quality.
- Monitor SOP compliance, customer experience, and KPIs at outlet level.
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Drive profitability through cost control and upselling initiatives.
Catering Services:
- Plan and execute catering orders, including staffing and logistics.
- Ensure high service standards, quality presentation, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with clients for customized menus and on-site support.
3rd Party Delivery Platforms:
- Manage and optimize presence on GrabFood, ShopeeFood, and FoodPanda.
- Update menus, prices, and availability regularly.
- Monitor order fulfillment, delivery issues, ratings, and feedback.
- Collaborate with platform managers for promos and campaigns.
