Must-Have Qualifications:
• Prior experience as a chef is a strong advantage
• Proven experience in bar, restaurant operations, and menu engineering
• Strong hands-on knowledge of food processes and kitchen coordination
• Background in 5-star service standards and luxury hospitality
• Capable of leading, training, and managing an operational service team
• Education in culinary or hospitality is an added advantage
• Aged below 45 with a proven track record in F&B operations
• Willing to work long hours, especially during peak business periods
Key Skills Required:
• Deep understanding of niche guest expectations
• Strong in cost control and kitchen–service workflow
• Confident in team training and guest engagement
• Familiar with AI tools, F&B marketing, and food trends
• Hands-on, execution-focused, and present during peak periods
• Able to work closely with the General Manager and Directors to align with the company’s vision
• Understanding of Malaysian hospitality standards with international hotel experience is a plus
