What will I be doing?

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, your responsibilities include:

  • Providing high customer service by prioritizing guest satisfaction.
  • Taking initiative to resolve issues and communicating effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Contributing ideas to improve hotel operations and environment.
  • Promoting Hilton's services and facilities to guests and suppliers.
  • Ensuring safety for yourself and others in the workplace.
  • Knowing and explaining the food and beverage menu in detail.
  • Understanding dietary requirements and offering suitable suggestions.
  • Completing product knowledge checklists.
  • Making menu suggestions for guests of different nationalities.
  • Familiarizing with all outlet menus to recommend other hotel outlets.
  • Knowing the opening hours of all hotel restaurants and outlets.
  • Preparing the restaurant for service and greeting guests warmly.
  • Carrying out service procedures to Hilton standards.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of all areas.
  • Providing exceptional guest service and reporting incidents appropriately.
  • Performing any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Senior High School education or hospitality-specific training.
  • 1-2 years managerial experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
  • Good command of English.
