FMCG Supply Planning Advisor (Thai/Japanese/Mandarin Speaker)

Position: Supply Planning Advisor
Location: The Horizon, Bangsar South City, Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type : 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Salary: RM8,000 – RM12,000 (based on experience & qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

Plan & purchase raw materials to meet production needs

Manage inventory, SLOB, and S&OP processes

Coordinate with internal teams for seamless supply chain execution

Support crisis management and continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure accurate planning data setup in JDE and other tools

Collaborate across functions to drive efficiency and cost savings

Requirements:

Degree in Business Admin, Statistics, or related field

4–5 years of relevant experience in supply planning

Experience in FMCG or chemical industry is a plus

Fluent in English (read, write, speak) and third language (Mandarin, Thai or Japanese) to support the mention market

Proficient in MRP, DRP, and statistical analysis
