Job summary

All Experts Consultant in Malaysia seeks a capable production planner to coordinate packaging projects, prepare schedules, and liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a Diploma or higher, at least 1 year of experience in production or supply planning, and the ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. You will track progress, manage stock, and support cost-control initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in production planning or supply planning.
• Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (BM).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project timelines to ensure smooth execution from planning to completion.
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress tracking reports.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, production, warehouse, and internal departments for project arrangement.
• Follow up on material readiness, packaging materials, and finished goods delivery schedules.
• Ensure co-packing projects meet customer requirements, deadlines, and quality expectations.
• Monitor stock availability and arrange replenishment when necessary.
• Prepare quotations, costing calculations, and project-related documentation.
• Track project status and highlight any delays, risks, or issues for immediate action.
• Work closely with the sales and operations team to support customer requests and urgent projects.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, and filing for future reference.
• Assist in process improvement to enhance workflow efficiency and cost control.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
