What You Will Do: You will begin your journey in the Sales and Operations Department, gaining firsthand experience in our business operations. This includes Key Account Management, where you will engage in deals and negotiations with buyers and distributors. Based on availability, you may also rotate through key departments such as Marketing, E-commerce, Human Resources, Supply Chain, etc., providing you with a well-rounded understanding of the organization's structure and preparing you for future managerial roles.


First 6 Months
  • Building a Strong Retail Foundation.
  • Master the OUJI’s core value of in-store operations.
  • Learn to deliver excellent customer service, enhance product knowledge, and create sales optimization plans.
  • Take on managerial responsibilities, such as setting promoter schedules, training new joiners, and overseeing a store division.

After 6 Months
  • Transitioning into a Future Managerial Role.
  • Assess and improve store operations based on real-time conditions and company-wide strategies.
  • Influence and align team members by sharing best practices and driving performance.
  • Learn to develop store targets, create work schedules, and strategize promotions for both short- and long-term growth.

Job Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.2 in any field.
  • Established management skills — through teams, activities, or projects.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a talent for critical thinking and analysis.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa. Knowledge of the Chinese language is an added advantage for potential cross-border interaction.
  • Willing to relocate (Penang, Perak, Malacca, Johor, East Coast, Sabah, Sarawak, etc.).
  • Willing to work on weekends (5-day workweek).
