Job summary

YYC taxPOD in Malaysia is seeking a Software Engineer focused on mobile app development to build, release, and maintain a cross‑platform app for iOS, Android, and Huawei using Flutter. You will also contribute to web backend (ASP.NET Core) and AI integration to power AI features like askPOD, working with backend, product, and UI/UX teams.

You will own end-to-end build and release processes, integrate HMS where needed, optimise performance, and participate in agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of software development experience with a mobile focus.
• Proficiency in Flutter for cross‑platform iOS/Android apps.
• Experience publishing and maintaining apps on Apple App Store and Google Play Store; Huawei experience is a plus.
• Web development with .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET Core) and Angular.
• Backend experience with AWS/Azure cloud services.
• Hands-on AI integration using LLM APIs or RAG concepts.
• Proficient in Git and modern version control workflows.
• Strong collaboration and Agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain the cross‑platform mobile app using Flutter for iOS and Android.
• Own end‑to‑end build and release processes across App Store, Google Play, and Huawei AppGallery.
• Integrate Huawei Mobile Services (HMS) where required.
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, efficient mobile code with performance focus.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain web apps using ASP.NET Core and Angular.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third‑party SDKs, and AI features into the product.
• Collaborate with backend, product, and UI/UX teams; contribute to API contracts.
