Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Housekeeping Department, preferably in an international hotel.

  • Excellent command of English and Cantonese; Putonghua is a plus.

Responsibilities

Role

We are looking for a Floor Supervisor based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Floor Supervisor, we rely on you to:

  • Maintain the standard of cleanliness in the guestroom and surrounding areas in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines established by the Hotel
  • Communicate with Room Attendants for all concerned items as requested by the guests
  • Provide chemical training for Room Attendants
  • Provide for guest supply control
Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Housekeeping Department, preferably in an international Hotel with a similar capacity
  • Motivated, quality driven, customer and business results oriented
  • Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of spoken English and Cantonese; fluent spoken Putonghua would be an advantage
