Job summary

Gen in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design and maintain ML systems that power our MoneyLion initiative in production. You will frame business problems, prototype models and ensure scalable, robust deployments in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong math/statistics background, Python/SQL skills and hands-on experience with ML libraries and MLOps tools. Collaboration with Data Scientists and engineers is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical, statistical or actuarial background.
• Hands-on experience in machine learning and predictive analytics.
• Experience deploying ML models in production.

Responsibilities

• Frame and contextualize machine learning problems.
• Build ML systems and models to solve business problems.
• Assess data and select datasets for modelling and testing.
• Prototype and implement ML algorithms and tools to improve products.
• Design, execute and monitor ML experiments and metrics.
• Automate, architect and orchestrate ML processes and pipelines.
• Monitor and maintain ML solutions in production.
