MILA University is currently seeking executives to provide administrative services and operational support to its Teaching and Learning vertical.

Flexible Learning Executives perform daily administration activities and services to ensure that high quality and efficient administrative support is provided to the Teaching and Learning Department, Centre for Flexible Learning.

The Centre for Flexible Learning is responsible for driving the University’s growth and development through the implementation of Accreditation of Prior Learning (APEL) and Micro-Credential Framework.

The incumbent will report to the Head, Centre for Flexible Learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to potential students on the University’s APEL Policies and Procedures.
  • Process applications for APEL.
  • Coordinate with the Schools to process assessments for APEL.
  • Collate and tabulate information from the Schools regarding Micro-Credential Programs.
  • Provide administrative support to prepare and maintain documentation related to the Centre’s Policies and Procedures.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Head.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree with at least two (2) years of administrative experience in higher education. Candidates with a diploma and at least three (3) years of experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in processes and administration of APEL is preferred.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word and Excel); experience with educational systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English; ability to speak Mandarin is preferred for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
