Job summary

Containers Link Logistics Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to maintain accurate records for all fleet vehicles, coordinate maintenance, and manage fleet expenses.

You will liaise with vendors to negotiate contracts and support procurement and disposal of vehicles in compliance with policies. The role requires a Diploma in a relevant field, strong MS Office skills, and excellent organization and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail in record-keeping and data entry.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate records of all fleet vehicles, including registration, insurance, and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure optimal fleet performance and compliance.
• Process and track all fleet-related expenses, including fuel, maintenance, and tolls, and prepare reports for management.
• Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Assist in the procurement and disposal of fleet vehicles, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
