Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the logistics operation
- Monitor of our own driver, weekly and daily CR estimation and upload merchandise into truck
- Ensure proper handling / storage of merchandise during delivery
- Prepare monthly duty roster of the driver, Fleet team and OCW (Cleaning team) which includes scheduling of annual, substitute and extra rest day
- Responsible for the arrangement of company transportation of merchandise
- Prepare & verify scheduling of truck deliveries of Frozen items and other material
- Ensure own truck performs daily inspection before sending deliveries material (e.g., cleaning, pest issue)
- Ensure own truck is in good condition before sending deliveries material
- Take charge & count delivery material (banjou & cart rack) at stock take day
- Conduct training for the Fleet team, OCW (Cleaning team) and driver staff to upgrade their skills and standards
- Resolve any problems related to Cleaning and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of sorting area, loading bay, washroom area and general areas
- Manage discipline of all Fleet team, OCW (cleaning team) and drivers, including attendance and dress code during working hours
- Ensure all OBC and seals are in order
- Compile cart rack movement report
- Compile banjou movement report
- Ensure all banjou and cart rack are clean
- Maintain equipment such as sanctuary trolley and cart rack
- Ensure all documentation is in order, recorded and filed
- Responsible for the implementation of FSSC 22000 in the department
- Any other task as instructed by the Fleet Management Asst Manager

- Able to work day and night shift with minimum supervision
- Possess good communication skills with all levels of staff
