Job Responsibility
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the logistics operation.
  • Monitor our own driver, perform weekly & daily CR estimation, and upload merchandise into trucks.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of merchandise during delivery.
  • Prepare monthly duty roster for the driver, Fleet team, and OCW (Cleaning team), including scheduling of annual, substitute, and extra rest days.
  • Arrange company transportation of merchandise.
  • Prepare and verify scheduling of truck deliveries for frozen items and other materials.
  • Ensure the truck undergoes daily inspection before deliveries, including cleaning and pest control.
  • Maintain the truck in good condition before dispatching deliveries.
  • Take charge and count delivery materials (banjou & cart rack) during stock take days.
  • Conduct training for the Fleet team, OCW (Cleaning team), and drivers to upgrade their skills and standards.
  • Resolve issues related to cleaning and delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the sorting area, loading bay, washroom, and general areas.
  • Oversee discipline, attendance, and dress code compliance of all Fleet team, OCW, and drivers.
  • Ensure all OBC and seals are in order.
  • Compile cart rack and banjou movement reports.
  • Ensure all banjou and cart racks are clean.
  • Maintain equipment such as trolley and cart racks.
  • Ensure all documentation is in order, recorded, and filed.
  • Implement FSSC 22000 standards within the department.
  • Perform any other tasks as instructed by the Fleet Management Assistant Manager.
