Fitter Mechanical / Maintenance Technician (Silo)

Responsibilities:

1. Carry out repair and maintenance of equipment to ensure uninterrupted production and continuous quality improvement.
2. Assist in monitoring and performing daily maintenance to reduce machinery downtime.
3. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
4. Follow all Operating Procedures and safety practices in all production areas, including work and repair shops. Ensure PPE is worn as required.
5. Support and participate in FSSC 22000 activities to ensure compliance.
6. Perform other tasks as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Welding, Industrial, Mechanical, Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably with structural steel fitting skills.
• Fresh graduates with a degree in Mechanical Maintenance or Engineering are welcome.
• Experience in facility and maintenance environments is advantageous.
• Positive attitude with leadership skills to manage a team for project execution.
• This position is based in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
