Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage tenant fit-out and reinstatement processes between internal and external parties.
- Monitor and review tenant design submissions for compliance with retail mall standards, local legislation, and the mall's risk requirements while adhering to fit-out schedules.
- Liaise closely with leasing and facilities management for new tenant onboarding and tenant change requests.
- Take full accountability for all aspects of tenants' fit-out works from design submission to site renovation, ensuring completion within challenging timelines.
- Conduct fit-out gap findings and remedy closures during pre-opening inspections.
- Maintain up-to-date filing of fit-out related matters.
- Handle contractor work permit approvals, documentation, and filing.
- Act as the representative between the company and tenants on fit-out related matters.
- Undertake other ad-hoc assignments as required.
Administrative Duties:- Ensure that all timelines and schedules are executed on time.
- Ensure all image, artwork elements & layout creation are not copyright infringement.
- Effective coordination on all promotional and publicity requirements for events and that information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist in completing projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
- Maintain and upkeep design working files archive.
Key Qualifications:- Possess at least a Diploma in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related disciplines.
- Have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of working experience in shopping centre fit-out, with knowledge of facilities and equipment maintenance being an added advantage.
- Familiarity with local statutory compliances related to fit-out.
- Proficient with MS Office, other Office applications, and CAD software.
