Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an engineer with hands-on experience in First Article inspections and quality assurance. The role involves developing and validating permanent solutions during product or project implementation, and creating CMM inspection programs when required.

You will review DFM, PFMEA, and process capability studies, and generate Control Plans (CP) while conducting FMEA analysis to ensure design conformance to specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience with First Article inspections and related analyses.
• Ability to review DFM, PFMEA and process capability studies.
• Proficiency reading engineering drawings and GD&T tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete FAI reports per customer and company requirements.
• Develop, analyze, and record permanent solutions for issues during product/project implementation.
• Create and operate CMM inspection programs as needed.
• Lead project teams to ensure timely First Article readiness before mass production.
• Review CP, FMEA, and GD&T for product design and requirements.
• Prepare and review FAIRs for customer approvals.
