Responsibilities

• Provide second-tier support for complex queries related to Falcon post-trade clearing system.
• Advise users on utilizing system functions to meet business needs.
• Manage support tickets end-to-end, coordinating with other teams.
• Develop understanding of clients' business flows and document insights in CRM; identify new opportunities.
• Lead investigations of major production issues with the support team and communicate resolutions.
• Assist clients hands-on during critical operational issues.
