Job summary

SME Careers is seeking a Fintech and Crypto SME to review AI-generated fintech, payments, and crypto/Web3 responses. You will assess reasoning quality, provide precise feedback, and write high‑quality explanations and model solutions.

The role is remote, hourly, contractor-based, and suitable for candidates with a strong risk and compliance mindset. Ideal candidates have a 1st degree or higher in a related field and 5+ years in fintech/crypto.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in fintech, payments, banking, crypto, or adjacent domains.
• Strong understanding of payments and money movement.
• Strong understanding of crypto/blockchain fundamentals.
• Solid risk mindset: fraud vectors, custody risks, safety-first guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI training content: create prompts and gold-standard fintech/crypto outputs and risk write-ups.
• Optimize AI performance: evaluate and rank AI responses for correctness, clarity, safety, and usefulness.
• Ensure model integrity: test outputs for inaccuracies, unsafe guidance, and bias; validate reliability across use cases.
