The role focuses on AML, regulatory controls, and cross-border payments, offering opportunities to deepen expertise in a fast-paced fintech environment. The analyst will conduct risk assessments, develop AML policies, and refine transaction monitoring while collaborating with product and front-line teams.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Fluent in English; another language is a plus.
• 1–3 years of AML/CTF, compliance, risk control, or onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent risk assessments on data and documentation from frontline teams.
• Develop, review and enhance AML policies and procedures.
• Refine transaction monitoring frameworks using data insights and dispute trends.
• Manage disputes and chargeback cases across channels and coordinate with authorities as needed.
• Perform risk assessments for new products and initiatives and advise on mitigations.
• Partner with product and business teams to embed risk controls from the start.
• Support ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives.
