Job Description

1. To provide “one stop” banking solution (including establishing of accounts) and financial advisory to mass segment customer (existing and new) in the branch.
2. To promote Maybank One Solution Products and cross-sell a comprehensive range of selected financial products such as Lending and Bancassurance products.
3. To cultivate, build relationships and attend all after-sales service functions for Mass customers for the assigned products such as claims for General Insurance, Credit Insurance and other credit-related matters.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Banking Operations or in sales advisory field is an added advantage.
2. Having Insurance licensing (PCE Life, TBE Life, PCE General & TBE General) is an added advantage.
3. Knowledgeable in Banking Operations, Operational Governance and related banking products.
4. Good relationship building and communication skills.
5. Good analytical and conceptual thinking.
6. High self-confidence, energetic, pleasant personality, results-oriented.
7. Self-motivated and able to interact with all levels of people.
