Responsible for month end closing journal preparation.
Preparation for weekly and ad hoc journal.
Preparation of expenses schedules (tally to CoA) and analyse by various dimension (by branches, by nature, by vendor etc) for management report performance review.
Preparation of supporting schedules for month end closing and reporting.
Preparation of cost allocation, margin allocation and Branch PL.
Assist in handling monthly Tax return and Withholding Tax.
Preparation of Month end interco transaction & reconciliation.
Preparation of Balance sheet schedules for closing and reporting.
Monitoring of Fixed Asset Register â ensure additions, disposal and write off processed on timely basis.
Handle yearly tax request.
Handling queries from area managers, store managers and other departments.
Any ad hoc analysis/assignment from Management
Job Requirements
Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experiences in financial accounting.
Responsible, positive attitude, mature and able to work independently.
