This is an exciting opportunity to work with a globally renowned MNC Company based in Port Klang. Our client is one of Asia’s largest animal feed manufacturers. In Malaysia, they play a significant role in the agribusiness and livestock value chain—offering animal nutrition, farming solutions, and integrated food production services. Their presence supports Malaysia’s agricultural sector with a focus on innovation, food security, and sustainable practices.

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with Country & Mill management on the implementation of business/financial processes and procedures, providing clarifications on SOP requirements related to Sales Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Cash and Bank, Inventory Management, and Fixed Assets (including CAPEX).
  • Continuously monitor compliance with key procedural requirements (as per the SOP) to ensure all critical controls are effective and consistent.
  • Assess the efficiency of control systems regularly and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with Country & Mill management to ensure timely resolution of internal audit findings at the Mill level.
  • Coordinate with mill controllers for data compilation for HQ reporting.
  • Assist the AVP, Financial Controller, with monthly reporting duties for submission and presentation to HQ.
  • Support the AVP, Financial Controller, in the budget process from creation and review to shareholder approval, ensuring a bottom-up approach with the respective Mill Management Team.
  • Oversee and manage all tax matters, including deferred taxation, tax planning, compliance, and reporting for the group of companies.
  • Work with tax consultants on Corporate Income Tax, tax estimation (CP204/CP204A), and Transfer Pricing documentation.
  • Develop and maintain the group’s compliance framework to adhere to applicable tax laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax regulations, assess their impact, and identify potential tax implications for the group.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors or as business needs evolve.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in FP&A.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Remuneration:

  • MYR 13,000 - MYR 16,000
