Financial Operations Executive (Fresh graduates are most welcome)

Company Background:

We are representing one of our multinational clients, an award-winning leader in the online trading and financial service industry, looking for a Financial Operations Executive to be based in Bangsar Shopping Mall, Kuala Lumpur.

Job Description:

• Ensure the timely execution of client and general business payments.
• Adhere to all regulatory, servicing, and business requirements.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to payment processing.
• Anticipate, identify, assess, and prioritize potential payment problems to avoid their occurrence.
• Analyze and monitor outgoing payments made via automation tools.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts.
• Perform daily operational transactions.
• Liaise with Institutional Sales Associates across the globe.
• Liaise with other internal departments to fulfill their requests.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Finance or relevant qualification.
• Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply.
• Good spoken & written skills in English & Mandarin (Role needs to liaise with Hong Kong & Taiwan customers).
• Able to multi-task and meet daily benchmarks/deadlines.
• Able to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be willing to work in Bangsar Shopping Mall.

Additional Info:

• Mon-Fri (9am - 6pm)
• Permanent role
• Language allowance provided.
