Handling client calls by understanding their needs, executing deals and providing financial advisory to the clients over the phone. Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, cold-calling or arranging meetings with clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensure satisfaction with the services provided. Continuously monitor global financial markets, economic indicators, and market trends that impact currency, interest rates, and other treasury products. Work closely with governance team i.e. Legal, Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance to ensure all transactions and activities are compliant with regulatory standards and internal policies. Reporting to clients timely, orderly and accurately at all times.
