We are an established public company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia. In line with our expansion plans, we seek dynamic and suitably qualified individuals to apply for the following vacancy to be based at our office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely consolidated financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Oversee Bursa reporting and announcements, ensuring all disclosures comply with relevant regulations and are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial liquidity to ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Manage and coordinate corporate, banking, taxation and legal matters including liaising with investment bankers, lawyers, tax agents, auditors, company secretary, consultants, bankers and statutory bodies.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
  • Oversees daily operational activities of the Finance Department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements;

  • Must be an MIA member with Degree in Accounting or Finance or professional accounting qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar capacity with experience in audit, corporate finance, financial and management reporting.
  • Sound knowledge of Financial Accounting Standards, Bursa listing requirements, and the relevant statutory requirements.
  • Proactive with good interpersonal skills, a team player and must be willing to travel.
  • Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent report writing skills and ability to work well under stress and time pressure.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
