A leading company in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Manager to lead a team of finance and administration staff. This role involves overseeing daily finance functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preparing financial forecasts and budgets. Ideal candidates should have MIA membership and at least 5 years of management experience, along with proficiency in relevant software and bilingual communication skills.
Lead a team of finance & administration staff.
Oversee daily finance & admin functions, monthly closing, and management reporting.
Manage cash flow projection and cash management.
Handle loans & banking facilities applications.
Prepare financial forecasts and budgets.
Follow up on PENJANA tax incentive applications.
Ensure compliance with LMW & SST regulations.
Manage import & export documentation.
Oversee general administration & payroll.
Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
Qualifications/Requirements:
MIA membership.
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in supervisory or management roles.
Excellent command of oral and written Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
Ability to work independently.
