AIA Shared Services is seeking an entry-level Financial Crime Compliance professional. This role encompasses customer service, administration, and support for various distribution channels in the life insurance sector. Provide Customer Service and Administration Services for Pensions and Employee Benefits to the assigned portfolio to achieve customer satisfaction.
Responsible for the overall customer services and daily operations for the assigned portfolio/distribution channel.
Prepare presentation materials and member communication materials; conduct client visits, presentations, and members’ briefings as needed for retention or sales purposes.
Provide one-stop administration services to clients, including enrolment, contribution/billing, termination, policy/record maintenance, regulatory filing, issuing of client reports, etc., and respond to client/intermediary inquiries and complaints promptly.
Support assigned distribution channels such as brokers, agents, and bank alliances on client-related issues.
Client Retention and Service-to-Sales
Perform client retention and service-to-sales activities, such as up-selling retail products and promoting client retention programs.
Administrative Procedures Review
Assist in reviewing and updating administration procedures.
Other Responsibilities
Perform any other duties and projects as assigned.
