About The Role

The Financial Controller Senior Analyst will be responsible for:

1. Compiling regular financial reports (including Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow) for business executives.
2. Ensuring Dyson financials comply with applicable accounting policies and guidelines.
3. Performing accurate and timely period-end close activities for assigned Markets.
4. Preparing accurate balance sheet reconciliations, resolving aged/unexplained items.
5. Supporting the preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts in line with Group guidance and deadlines.
6. Assisting in the preparation of annual Statutory Accounts and Tax submissions.
7. Supporting year-end activities.
8. Participating in internal and external audit processes.
9. Conducting internal controls activities to ensure compliance.
10. Providing data analysis and explanations for month-end P&L and Balance Sheet meetings.
11. Understanding performance drivers, investigating variances and issues.
12. Maintaining knowledge of market controls and commercial aspects.
13. Overseeing accounting functions and streamlining team operations to escalate operational and financial risks.
14. Acting as a Business Partner for Market, Group Finance, Treasury, Tax, and other DBS functions, fostering collaboration to achieve operational excellence.
15. Fulfilling ad hoc responsibilities as directed by the Financial Control Manager.
16. Driving improvements and participating in projects assigned by the Financial Control Manager.

Experience and Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Finance, Economy, or Management.
• CIMA/ACCA certification is a plus; CA qualification is required.
• 3-6 years’ experience in RTR, Controlling, or Reporting within an international organization.
• Knowledge of SAP and Blackline; Lean Six Sigma qualification is advantageous.
• Fluency in English with a clear and concise communication style.
• Thorough, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and inquisitive.
