The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and be CA or CPA qualified, with 8-10 years of relevant experience in the construction, real estate, or property industry. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounting team in the preparation of periodic financial statements for statutory and management reporting.
• Analyze and review the financial performance of the business, comparing actual results against budgets and prior year figures.
• Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts, incorporating key business and economic drivers.
• Review project performance, identifying issues such as delays, liquidated damages, cost overruns, foreseeable losses, and margin deterioration.
• Provide insights and recommendations for performance improvements and recoveries.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, with a strong understanding of accounting for construction projects.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in the construction, real estate, or property industry.
