Prepare Group Consolidation accounts and quarterly reports for Bursa Announcement.
Review monthly management accounts in accordance with MFRS standards, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper record keeping.
Prepare Group Budget periodically.
Monitor and review treasury functions periodically.
Handle credit control functions periodically.
Manage tax planning for the group, including reviewing tax computations and deferred taxation quarterly.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, government agencies, and consultants to ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Perform additional ad hoc tasks as required by management.
Qualifications and experience required:
Recognized Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/MACPA/CPA) or equivalent, with relevant experience.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a public listed company is advantageous.
Knowledge of income tax computations and SST.
Preferably 3-5 years of audit experience.
Mature, with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Self-motivated and diligent.
Proficient in ERP monitoring systems, Microsoft Office, and accounting software.
