The role covers budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, revenue and assets, audit, and leadership of the finance team, with a focus on process improvements and strategic financial support to management and department heads.

Qualifications

• Experience as Financial Controller (minimum requirement).
• Ability to ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
• Ability to mentor junior finance staff and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for the hotel.
• Manage cash flow, treasury and liquidity to support operations.
• Control costs and optimise inventory and expenses while maintaining service quality.
• Lead accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Manage fixed assets and capital expenditure tracking.
• Oversee revenue control and income audit activities.
• Coordinate audit management and internal controls program.
• Provide financial analysis and business support to Management and Department Heads.
• Lead and develop the finance team; drive process improvements and systems enhancements.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate financial performance and insights.
