· Lead group budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning

· Manage development project financing, banking relationships, and investor relations

· Oversee project accounting, cost control, and cash flow

· Ensure tax efficiency, compliance and corporate reporting accuracy

· Support investment activities, fundraising, M&A, and IPO readiness

· Develop, lead and mentor the finance team

Requirements:

· 15–20 years of finance experience, ideally in Property Development and Construction.

· Strong background in ERP systems and/or auditing

· Professional certifications such as ICAEW, ACCA, CPA, CIA, MBA in Finance and MIA membership preferred

· Proven leadership with excellent strategic and analytical skills
