Are you a seasoned finance leader who thrives on driving strategy and shaping the future of a business? We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our leadership team and partner with the Group CEO in steering the company’s growth.

What You’ll Do

• Provide leadership to the Finance and Accounting team, reporting directly to the MD/GCEO.
• Develop financial and operational tools that guide decision-making across the business.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and investment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and tax laws.
• Represent the company in financial matters with auditors, bankers, tax agents, and stakeholders.
• Play a key role in investor relations and stakeholder engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or a recognized professional qualification.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in a public listed company or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, listing requirements, and corporate finance.
• Analytical mindset with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility to travel at short notice.
