· Directly oversee all aspects of finance and accounting, internal and external audit, corporate governance, legal, and compliance functions.

· Deliver reliable financial and management reporting, including timely and accurate financial statements, result analysis, liquidity, and cash flow reports.

· Implement accounting and internal control policies according to the Group's guidelines and requirements.

· Ensure proper & sufficient control measures are in place to protect the company's assets.

· Continuously review and improve processes to increase productivity and efficiency. This includes implementing new systems and enhancing existing ones.

· Ensure adequate funding for the business while effectively managing cash flow to reduce funding costs.

· Lead and manage enterprise risk management functions to establish mitigating actions and controls for residual risks.

· Work closely with business leaders to improve profit margins.

· Provide leadership and guidance to the Finance team to enable independent functioning.

· Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure all statutory requirements are met.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.

· Prior experience in a large audit firm is advantageous.

· Experience in the retail industry and warehouse management is encouraged.
