In view of the Group Corporate exercise, we invite Financial Controllers (FC) who possess extensive hands-on experience in Finance & Accounts to join us. The successful candidate will be rewarded based on their qualifications and work experience.

Responsibilities include:

1. Collecting and structuring financial reports and data for Board of Directors (BOD) review;
2. Making appropriate recommendations and reviews on financial reports and corporate exercises;
3. Coordinating with consultants and bankers for corporate exercises;
4. Serving as the Person In Charge (PIC) for Finance and Accounts matters.

Preferably, candidates with substantial experience in the Property Development or Construction Industry.

Requirements include:

• MIA membership;
