Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- a) Assist the supply chain in budget management, including budget preparation, adjustments, monitoring, analysis, and early warning of actual performance to ensure budget targets are met.
- b) Support the supply chain in regular business analysis (e.g., procurement analysis, inventory analysis, production analysis, etc.), deliver financial analysis results, use data to identify issues, and collaborate with business teams to propose solutions.
- Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement
- a) Participate in procurement processes (including tender evaluation, contract review, etc.) to control procurement costs and continuously support cost reduction initiatives.
- b) Analyze logistics-related costs, identify improvement measures, and drive implementation.
- c) Support and drive the optimization of accounts payable terms and DPO to improve cash flow for business operations.
- d) Analyze production costs (materials, labor, overheads), provide process guidance on key factors affecting results, and track the implementation of business improvements.
- e) Support and drive improvements in inventory management to enhance inventory turnover.
- Decision Support
- a) Build financial models and conduct analysis for supply chain needs, such as "Make or Buy" decisions or Capex investment requirements, to support supply chain and company decision-making.
- b) Assist supply chain and HR in establishing quantifiable financial KPIs, track results, and optimize KPI settings to ensure appropriate and effective incentives, driving organizational performance in line with company interests.
- Process, Policy, Standard, System
- a) Work closely with supply chain operations to understand business needs, streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support rapid business growth, providing rational suggestions based on business operations.
- b) Support and drive the establishment and optimization of financial and operational processes and policies.
- c) Strengthen financial and business information systems, collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to upgrade systems and reports, and enhance financial and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; 5+ years of finance controlling experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Excellent data processing and analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
- Must have practical experience with ERP systems; hands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO, PP, MM modules) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with supply chain management business knowledge and related processes.
- Experience in project management with strong project execution and management capabilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, responsible, diligent, and highly execution-oriented.
- Preferred candidates hold mainstream financial and accounting certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA).
