The Opportunity:

As a Financial Compliance Authorization Analyst, you will:

  1. Ensure the effective and efficient support of global processes in the area of SAP authorization concepts.
  2. Support SAP end-users with resolving authorization issues.
  3. Manage SAP access issues, including missing or locked users.
  4. Support access management in cases of missing role or job function assignments.
  5. Prioritize, follow-through, and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
  6. Coordinate and implement SAP authorization development in accordance with user roles and segregation of duties.
  7. Gather relevant information for issues, analyze root causes, and propose solutions to 2nd Level Support.
  8. Raise requests to 2nd Level Support for user creation, unlocking, or parameter changes.
  9. Contribute to continuous improvement processes and demonstrate a personal mindset towards improvement.
  10. Maintain and improve service levels with high commitment.
  11. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Internal Controls organization and broader business.
  12. Collaborate on root cause analysis and process improvements.
  13. Serve as the first point of contact for key stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships.
  14. Conduct operational reviews with stakeholders.
  15. Contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction across functions.
Who you are:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related fields (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Science).
  2. 3–4 years of SAP experience, preferably in consulting or helpdesk roles.
  3. Strong knowledge of SAP authorization, access management, and GRC tools.
  4. Customer-centric mindset (internal and external).
  5. Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  6. Proficiency in English and experience in international and intercultural collaboration.
  7. Ability to work independently and proactively.
  8. Agile mindset, adaptable to speed, stability, and flexibility.
  9. Strong collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  10. Good administrative skills.
  11. Interest in gaining experience in SAP Security and SoD compliance.
  12. Team player attitude.
