RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Act as the primary contact for incentive collection, ensuring timely follow-up with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and perform quarterly incentive allocation and reporting.
- Conduct monthly margin analysis, highlighting significant variances and trends.
- Execute inventory-related transactions including standard cost roll, hub inventory, goods-in-transit, and profit elimination adjustments.
- Prepare journal entries and review financial statements for month-end closing.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliation schedules.
- Provide commentary for monthly variance analysis and escalate significant issues.
- Ensure finance related processes, policies and deliverables, are compliant with SOX baseline and controls.
- Support Business Units in FP&A activities, including preparation and analysis of recurring and ad-hoc financial reports.
- Work closely with Business unit and counterparts from other plant in weekly indicator and forecasts.
- Partner with other functional teams on routine and ad-hoc tasks and projects.
- Participate in finance improvement initiatives and transformation projects.
- Manage internal and external audit requirements.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- Exposure and basic knowledge of US GAAP knowledge would be an advantage

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
- Degree in Accounting; Qualified Accountant with 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Advanced PC skills, particularly in MS Excel and Macros (preferred).
- Experience with SAP, , and Power BI is a strong advantage.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings
