Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Analyze business performance and prepare/maintain all commission and bonus calculations across all business units, as prescribed by the various schemes and approved policies.
  2. Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure proper balance sheet accruals for sales incentive payouts.
  3. Support business units and HR in reviewing sales incentive plan designs and recommend or execute necessary changes.
  4. Maintain the new sales incentive tool being developed to calculate and administer sales incentive payouts.
  5. Perform simulations of commission/bonus payouts based on business performance.
  6. Conduct sales productivity analysis to inform management about the effectiveness of sales incentive plans.
  7. Maintain customer-to-sales hierarchy mapping to ensure accurate measurement of performance and incentive payouts.
  8. Work closely with HR and sales teams to ensure accurate payouts.
  9. Assist in the annual budgeting process as needed.
