· Prepare and maintain accurate monthly Project Cost Reports (Project PnL).

· Generate and analyze Contract Asset/Liability Reports, investigating unbilled project costs.

· Review and verify subcontractor billing for accuracy and cost recognition.

· Ensure subcontractor compliance with contract terms and conditions.

· Confirm contract status for new subcontractor billings.

· Assist in financial project close-out and conduct margin analysis for management review.

· Collaborate with project managers to develop cost-effective project budgets.

· Analyze transactions and incorporate unforeseen costs into budgets.

· Prepare cost analyses using financial data and project insights.

· Perform additional assignments as required by top management.

Qualification requirements:

· Education: Degree in Accounting.

· Skills: Project analysis, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.

· Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

· Language Proficiency: Spoken and written proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
