Responsibilities

• Analyse financial statements, cash flows, business performance and operating trends.
• Conduct financial, market and commercial research to support client engagements.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, proposals and other client deliverables.
• Gather, verify and analyse financial and operational information from stakeholders.
• Perform financial modelling and data analysis.
• Support the execution of advisory engagements and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with professional standards and internal quality procedures.

We are seeking a motivated Associate / Senior Associate to join our growing Financial Advisory team.

This role provides exposure to a wide range of advisory engagements involving businesses at different stages of their lifecycle, from growth and transaction opportunities to restructuring situations and stakeholder-led matters.

The role offers a unique opportunity to develop a broad skillset across financial analysis, business advisory, transaction support and special situations, while working directly with experienced professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse financial statements, cash flows, business performance and operating trends.
• Conduct financial, market and commercial research to support client engagements.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, proposals and other client deliverables.
• Gather, verify and analyse financial and operational information from various stakeholders.
• Perform financial modelling and data analysis.
• Support the execution of advisory engagements and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with professional standards, regulatory requirements and internal quality procedures.

Requirements
