About the job: Financial Advisor | Bank | Johor Bahru

About the Employer

The employer is one of the biggest banks in Malaysia with more than 400 branches nationwide. They are currently hiring Personal Bankers to be stationed at their branches across Malaysia.

  • Basic Salary ranging from RM3,000 to RM10,000 (excluding commissions, bonuses, and cash incentives)
  • Yearly incentive trips and performance bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • Sell and promote bancassurance products and identify customer segments for new sales opportunities
  • Conduct prospecting and cold calls to engage potential clients
  • Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers
  • Build and maintain business relationships to enhance rapport and facilitate up-selling
  • Provide financial advice and follow-up services regarding policy matters

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification (at least 5 passes including BM) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Fresh diploma or degree holders are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in sales and customer service is advantageous
  • Result-oriented with a strong interest in sales and marketing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mandarin speaking ability is a plus
  • Own transport and willingness to travel as required
