• Minimum education requirement: Degree
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in a related field
• Must be able to speak and write Mandarin
• Aggressive and committed to work
• Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility
• Good personality, responsible, self-disciplined, and dedicated to work
• Able to start immediately or within short notice
• Handle day-to-day operations for accounts receivable, accounts payable, etc.
• Prepare cash flow, payroll, tax computation, tax review, budgeting, fixed asset schedule, audit schedule, billing & revenue report, management report, SST, etc.
• Manage accounts receivable and credit control, coordinate and manage collection of receivables based on agreed terms of trade
• Prepare cash flow forecasts based on projections
• Vendor payments (including capex payments) and customer cash collections
• Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget and assist with strategic planning
• Perform month-end activities, prepare month-end entries, and reconcile accounts to produce full financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Coordinate annual statutory audits
• Control costs and improve profitability
• Ensure compliance with company policies, systems, and processes to safeguard assets and finances
• Assist in business development by preparing analysis and reports for planning and decision-making
• Set up and implement accounting systems
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management
