About The Role

This is a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced Accountant to join our high performing team. The role is responsible for handling day to day operations of the Finance Dept, monthly closing and reporting and assisting the Finance Manager in financial planning, annual audit and tax submission. Liaison between customers, vendors, auditors, tax agents, bankers and other team members is a key part of the role.

In this position you will be responsible for:

1. Timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to the Finance Manager
2. Accounting processes and tasks, including data entry
3. Liaison with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required as well as internal teams
4. Compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/WHT/CIT/...), audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
5. Assisting in new processes and system implementation when required
6. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, standards, and reporting requirements
7. Coordinating internal and external audits, ensuring accurate and timely provision of required financial information

About Your Experience

You will have at least 3 years' experience in a financial accounting role, with excellent communication skills and an ability to interact with all levels of management.

1. Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent or degree in accountancy/professional qualification (or partially qualified accountant)
2. A broad range of accounting and commercial skills
3. Excellent analytical skills
4. Excel skills at Intermediate level
