Job summary

DAHUA MANAGEMENT CONSULTING (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an accounting professional to handle daily bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting in Malaysia.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, solid knowledge of basic accounting principles, and proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel. You will support month-end close and statutory matters, with Saturday work as needed. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines, with

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting, SST, and tax requirements is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work on Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor company cash flow.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and overdue accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with SST, tax, audit, and other statutory matters when required.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, suppliers, and customers when required.
• Ensure accounting records are properly maintained and comply with company policies.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
